    I love the look now, the cap was too restricting

    lol i bought the truck with them already on it.. idk how to tho since theyre double sided on it

    They just pull off with some force. I sanded mine down and color-matched them white. Pics in my build thread of the finished product.

    You could probably do the same with your door handles.

    I used to have a cap on mine. It was convienent but I couldn't see a damn thing out the back. I took it off and sold it. The truck looks better too. Browsing the owner galleries here I see 2nd gen double cabs look real good with a cap.
