116 on the front "hanger pin bolt" as they call it, and 67 on both shackle bolts. 2003 FSM SA-209 attached for reference. (And you guys thought I just spent all my time during the group buy just harassing people to sign up...)

I assume you mean the spring bushings. IIRC, on the Wheeler's site it says they are graphite-impregnated self-lubricating (the "DOM" plastic part), so I don't think those need lube. For the metal sleeve bushing inside, I would lube the bolt with grease or even antiseize (like JDMCQ did) before sliding it inside to prevent the bolt from seizing. Make sense? Might be worth a quick call to Dan to double-check.

Mr. Fahrenheit, this leaf spring making video is very appropriate for your name:

It sounded like 5 packs were a little behind, if that is what you ordered. Call 'em and ask...

Just finished. I had to get two 9/16 grade 8 bolts that were about 4.25" long and cut out both front hanger bolts (they were $3.25 each from local hardware store). GOOD LUCK TO YOU GUYS (and girls)!

Dayum. I hear the leafs settle down a bit after driving for a while...or you can throw a few sand bags in for a bit....

I don't think it'll settle too much, I'm happy with how it looks. My driverside original was the worst because one leaf was broken and the rest bent even more. I'm still gotta do the 5100's set at 13/16 in the future.

why do I have this feeling that I will be the last one to get anything installed? For now everything is gathered in the garage just waiting...

Those 5 packs look nice. Its manageable with 2 people, 1 person putting in the leafs (especially 5) I would imagine would be tough.

I'm hoping two is enough - me and a friend. He's a mechanic though so I'm hoping he knows what he's doing because I sure as hell don't!
All I can report for now is that it hurts like hell when you whack your shin into the leaf pack. Another reason I want them on the truck ASAP!
