    Didn't deal with Tony this time. Tony handled my 5K service, but said it is dealership policy about not touching the wheels and tires. He mentioned he was one of the founders of TW and all, but said there was too much drama on the site (what? lol) so he wasn't really on here anymore. Regardless, I didn't get the impression he was willing to help out a fellow enthusiast. I understand his stance though because he is tied to the policy, and besides, I am quite capable of rotating my own tires. But they won't do an alignment? Don't get it. It seems as if they had issues and the past with modified vehicles and are not dealing with it anymore. No worries, I will take my money elsewhere. It just sucks since it means I won't be able to take advantage of a dealer so close. In the end, I am just being a whiny bitch about it and needed to get it off my chest...which I have and am over it. Life goes on. :)
