I fixed the 5-lug everyone, we can all go home now.

 

Thats awesome and not all at the same time hahah it looks worse than it was i am assuming.

 

My stock manifold cracked and I replaced it with the headers. I no longer have the headers. They where sold when I did the engine swap.

 

Thats if you can drive it home lol

 

Good thing it’s parked in my driveway.

 

Picked up some $8 seat covers from Wally World to put on tonight...not expecting much from them but it's about time I did something to help protect my interior. Always gets caked in dirt after every trail.

I have to have my windows down when I wheel...part of enjoying the experience. Unless it's crazy hot/cold or pouring rain.

 

Good thing you live on flat ground too, if you ever parked it facing up hill you probably end up just leaving it there lol

 

I have those LCE headers now, that's what I'm talking about, they crack too if you wrap them with fiberglass header wrap.

 

There’s a reason my friend with a Manual Prelude has never driven it before. He lives on a steep hill in the Santa Cruz mountains.

 

Speaking of headers, does anybody need the stock exhaust manifolds and crossover pipe for a 5VZ? They're going in the garbage next week if not.

Have you checked the engine? I sure hope it’s still there. It can’t just walk away.

The common thing to solve over heating cars is take the hood off, well atleast long enough to get to a parts store to fix it

 

I think he ended up paying like $3k for it. It was a steal, the seller was asking $6 but he found oil in the coolant and it scared the seller since he only had it for a couple months so he dropped down to $3k.

Turns out it was just residual oil from when the engine was rebuilt. Flushed the coolant and it never came back.

 

I can barely make it out of my driveway, let alone Colorado. Haha.
