Correct. From what I can recall from heat transfer and fluid flow in Navy Nuke School in Orlando it would be exactly that.

Course that would have been the 70's and some will tell you if you can remember the 70's you didn't really experience it.

Those were also usually the fruit cakes that were into Rocky Horror Picture show. I'd just rather play Foosball. And see how fast I could slap a gator on the BBQ before any could notice. Now it is legal. Not that I have ever done it....

Man can not live by capsteak alone. Someone has to eat the eye.

A little apple wood smoke, more than a kiss, but not much more

132° for the eye, my youngest son likes his well done so let his sirloin sit. He also likes a thick Montreal Steak Seasoning crust, I like a lot less but still a kick. I go back and forth and 128° is normally my preference. But still edible at +130°.

Yeah that worked. Zero carbs after subtracting fiber.

Bacon for dessert how can you go wrong with that?!

Hmmmm looks like they built a Costco near where I used to live, about 45 mins or so from where I will be. May have to keep my membership to run out there for meat once a month.

I've got a couple within a 10-15 min drive from my house now, one is a nicer part of town so it's where we prefer to go. Might be worth a little extra drive when we move though.
