ok thanks for the pics and username! do you know exactly what he had to do to make it work? will the L brackets fit without modification?

 

All he did was make holes. The L brackets were installed just as they are shown. No additional modding required that I'm aware of. He did say that the hardest part was the install. Trying to get something to grip the rear nut was the hardest thing. Still possible though.

 

or you can use self-tapping stainless screws maybe? i have one, but i have since found out that i cant have clear white lights facing the back hooked up to a switch. they can only be operated when in reverse.

Well, i dig mine. its the easiest way to get a prerunner light and my antenna on my truck with less impact! And i think it looks sweeeet

 

Thank you! I had it flipped the other way, but my cable wouldn't fit so i flipped it around and it works great. its perfect for what i'm using it for.. and if i mountain biked id have a bike mount dead center!!
