hey TW, I recently had my truck completely rebuilt after an accident, I got new suspension up front, Fox 2.5 c/o’s, TC UCA. And the other day a loud creek started in what sounds like the front driver side. Tried relubing the front uca’s, both at the shock tower and the spindle joint and had no luck. Now it seems to be getting louder and worse sounding. Anyone ever had this problem??

Not enough to have a build thread.
A lot of people complain of creaky uniballs.

It's going to make noise any time the suspension moves. And it moves during all the conditions you listed

Did you lube the bushings on the UCA's properly? You have to bust the bolt loose to release the "tension" from the bushings, grease, then re-torque down.

Yes, and also used the recommended super lube.

How long ago was your truck rebuilt? Was there every a "check up" for a re- torque done?

Couple weeks ago. I rechecked all bolts for their torque spec and everything was all good. I had to reposition and adjust my coilovers so did it all then. This sound isn’t a squeak, cause I can hear/feel it and I can’t seem to pinpoint exactly where it’s coming from so I’m kinda lost as to how to go about it, cause I can’t really say what’s making the sound, just the general location of it and what I think it “could” be..
