I shot a few 50 call matches there.

 

Last time I looked into this it was all private property, that was 2 years ago. Closest was a few hours drive.

 

Falls Twp Rifle & Pistol Assoc. has a decent outdoor range, probably have to use targets to simulate 1K ydrs. they are expensive and there is a waiting list to join last I checked.
Pissed at them though because they did not give a discount to me to re-join. Guess they have that many wanting to join!

 

PA folks, I upgraded the tires on my Tacoma, and took the nearly new tires off the Tacoma and put them on my FJ. I have the original KOs from the FJ, 40,000 miles on them, 265/75/R16. I thought about saving them but reality is they’ll sit forever. Any of you folks need them (4 not 5) I’m happy to pass them on for free. If you don’t like free stuff buy me a case of beer. If you don’t need them maybe you know someone who does. Let me know. Pics:

 

I would love to have them. Let me double check my size, but I think the are a match for what I am running now.
I have 265/70R16's so I think the 75's will work fine!!

I was at Shooters Gauntlet last fall to hone in some distance shooting before a Colorado elk hunt. It’s near Towanda, PA. They had an 1100yd range and were building a 1500yd range. Think it’s finished now. They usually just teach courses but you can rent for events.

The owner said you need 4WD to get up the mountain. I figured it was a dirt road and no big deal but it was a tight trail with lots of ruts to get there. He wasn’t kidding. My Taco had no issues getting up the mountain. My buddy’s F150 might have bottomed out a couple of times but made it there.

I'd love to get back there even if it’s for a class.

 

No problem, we’ve got a few things going on but tomorrow is good. Sunday is tougher but could leave them outside.

Does anyone have a lift in their garage? Can I come see it?

We're in the process of designing and building a garage here, and I want to put a lift in it. Two post, four post, asymetrical posts, symetrical posts, lifting height and capacity -- my head hurts trying to take it all in. I thought perhaps seeing some installations in person would be helpful in making the best decision for my needs.
