OVTune Tacoma 3.5L Auto - Transmission / Engine - ECU Reflash

How did you get the extra license pricing info? I sent Mat a request for similar info about 5 days ago as I have an opportunity to purchase the hardware (what ever that is - as my conversation with Mat also requested him to identify what I should be getting) and wanted to know about buying the Tune. Nada from Mat yet.

Interesting, I didn't know you could just get another license. Has to be someone nearby that has it. Throw them $50 for their time. Save myself a few hundred

so what parts equate to the "hardware" portion of the kit? Looks like everything else is flashed via downloaded software and the dongel (for those with dongel). ??? OBDII connector and Cable? Pics? I'd take you up on that offer if you were nearby - even a few hundred miles.

 

Only problem with not having your own hardware setup is flashing between 87/91 tune and flashing future upgrades will be problematic unless the person lending you their hardware will be as generous in the future.

 

I also don't like how the guy is hard to get a hold of. When I had my Colorado, we used Trifecta tune, a much cheaper tune that also gave more +HP/TQ. The reps were quick to reply to any questions. There was never any doubt of what was going on. They were a very transparent company.

 

I am currently working on a way to make it possible to get to everyone quicker. As far as the last few days I have been on 3 different connecting flights to get to Hong Kong, which I posted about many times.
I have been extremely transparent with everything including the tune development what's going on, tested, etc. I am a small company so unfortunately I don't have the staff to be able to get to everyone immediately.

 

Here's the thing. I can't read thru a 55 page thread. Instead of writing that your tune is unavailable, you take the page down :shrugs:

Unless you mean this post, that would be very stupid if that was true. Or just plain inconsiderate, let’s take a page down for one person when there is plenty of information for everyone else that will actually take the time to read it.

 

Makes no sense, why not just write its unavailable?

 

My apologies if this has already been asked, but does installing the tune affect the crawl control or MTS capability (positively or negatively)?

Well I was not aware it went to a 404 link and will fix that. Again I have been on a plane for nearly 2 days with no way to communicate with the outside world. I will get this fixed asap.

I did post on the 12th we sold out, and put it as sold out, not sure why the link is dead.
