    I would say not. The hinge on the bike rack is not as far outboard as the hinge on the bumper swing out. You wouldn't be able to open the bumper swing out all the way.
    If the bike rack was hinged the opposite of the bumper swing out you might be OK.

    Probably going to order it anyway. Couple questions before I pull the trigger.
    You mentioned the swing out comes standard with a camera relocate, will the dual swing out have that too?
    And the description mentions a Hi-Lift mount but there isn't an option to add that. How do I go about ordering the dual swing out with that option?
