hey guys, how easy it to install the Bilstein 5100's? looking into getting rid of this shitty block lift before selling my truck. or just going stock height.

 

I try my best man... I like to live life one day at a time, 23 hours at time, there are only 360 days in a year and you have to make the most of it if you want to get it to the top of the food pyramid.

I walked 21.7 miles on my shift today. Still chubby.

 

Easy, esp if they are assembled with springs and tophats already. 2-4 hours

I have a bbq tomorrow, race sunday morn, meeting brian for his Prinsu, possibly try and fit in the install, and still car shopping

If the meet is Sunday i may roll by but no idea when or where it is

Nope, working Midnight to 1pm... so currently at work right now.

 

If you're selling the truck, don't install the lift (or take the blocks out). Uninformed buyers probably won't care about the style of lift and if they did, you could throw in the uninstalled 5100's for a little extra. You'd probably get more selling them to another member though.

But install is super easy, even if the front shocks and coils are unassembled. You can do it without a spring compressor too.


I'm not making it to the meet if it's today. I'll go if it is tomorrow.

My days are running together guys. I am slowly losing it with this damn overnight shift... I've only slept for like 2 hours since about 8am yesterday, and I still have to work until 1pm, then go to Ben Wheeler for a stupid gender reveal thing, go see @Zac of all trades and check out that trailer real quick... then come back to Tyler and go to my high school reunion tonight... just shoot me now.

A plate of beef nachos is enough calories to make up for walking 21.7 miles. Real weight loss is only by controlling food, with exercise just there to keep metabolism from slowing down.

 

Stupid Question is the meet certain Tacoma clubs or Just anybody with 4x4 Taco.

 

We're a welcoming group, we even let 4x2's show up. We are not the same as the Facebook group although some of us are on the FB page too.
