I had a nasty vibration under acceleration so i replaced all 3 u joints on the rear shaft and now all is good. However, im getting a vibration when going over 60mph or so. This one feels more in the steering wheel than floorboards.

I recently replaced the brake pads but when i took the old ones out they were worn really unevenly. Like, a 25% difference in pad wear between inner and outer on both sides with driver's side being worse. I'm wondering if i have stuck calipers and/or warped rotors. At 130k, should i just replace the rotors or if they can be turned, should i just do that?

A possibility but the uneven pad wear made me leary of the rotors or stuck calipers

Calipers may be sticking and need attention, but vibration at speed is much more likely to be tire/wheel issue.

Just rotate the tires and see if the vibration moves

I should get an alignment done anyway. f you rebuild a caliper, is there any assurance that that will fix a stuck piston?

Do you have any burning brake smells? Any smoke, like at stoplights?

My guess is the wheel bearings. Have heard they’re only good for like 90k

If it doesn't, it wasn't done properly.

A very low % of folks rebuild their own calipers. Most buy reman units from parts houses and bolt them on. Nothing wrong with that either.

Check prices on rebuild kits vs a warrantied caliper. You may feel it's not worth your time to rebuild.

But again, this will do nothing for your shaking.

I just tried to rebuild and friends caliper a few weeks ago. You can't even order the kits anymore, a whole new caliper was $60

I would never rebuild a 4 wheel vehicle caliper. They are so cheap remanufactured and you can take them back if there is an issue. I have done motorcycle calipers a number of times but they are aluminum and powder coated and never see salt. The pistons are never rusted or gouged. All the things that can be an issue with a car or truck caliper. We aren’t even talking about slide pins yet.

Now as far as rotors. If your issue happens when on the brakes maybe rotors. If it vibrates at speed and no brakes but when you apply the brakes it doesn’t get worse it isn't the rotors.

I dunno if it's the cv needle bearing, but when my needle bearing gave up it would start vibrate bad at about 51 and quit and about 68, I didn't even really realize it till one day all of a sudden it let loose, and I had to limp home at about 20 mph max. Got the ecgs bushing, no more vibs.

I did once but i think that was from the fronts. No smoke and neither coming from the rears

Almost certainly front wheels need to be balanced. Like mentioned, rotate them to the rear and if you then feel it more in the seat than the steering wheel you'll know for sure. That's most likely the issue and also the cheapest and easiest way to find out.
