So anybody know of a good fab shop that can help me put together my light bar adapter? I installed the SDHQ mount today and it looks like the front most lower mount slot is gonna be perfect for what I had in mind, which is a row of 6 squadrons across...

There's not even that much obstruction of the actual LED itself, thought I may still have to cut a little depending on how it all shakes out.

All it looks like I need is a flat piece of steel or aluminum with 2 90 degree bends, and some mounting slots milled in. Really basic, shouldn't cost a lot, but I wanna do it right and I don't have a press brake or mill.

For the bottom row 3x pairs of BD squadrons is cheaper than a BD S8 30". The squadron array is almost double the lumens too, and on top of that less light lost from behind the proto-TSSP mount and to various obstructions of the pro grill which basically totally blocks 2 of the bar LEDs and partially obstructs a few more.

    TL;DR big dick light output.:benchpress:

I'll probably still go for a bar in the upper slot simply because it would be easier.

It's what every plate bumper needs! :D

So 3 sets of squadron sports equals $690 before tax, and equal a total of 13560 lumens.

1 30in s8 is $850 before tax, and the same lumens at 13560.

It just seems your reinventing the wheel like usual, to gain a little bit of light that lets face it your never going to need. Your also ending up with 6 things that can independtly break or have issues on there own vs only 1 bar.

Also if you want big dick light output you would do an onyx light bar, or lp9’s.
