That's really looking good Eric! I know that the bumper is made of 3/16" but what type of winch mount surface are you using? Is it a front mont or base mount winch setup and is it 1/4" used here?

Wow that is sick, do you have a list going yet? Post up some more photos when you have time.

Awesome! I'm going to start a list real soon. I think I'll probably offer an intro price for like the first 10 on the list so make sure you get on it!
I have 2 room mates with 1st gen's, but it depends on if they let me tear apart their truck to design something! I'm sure I'll get my hands on one sooner than later.
    Much thanks. :)
The entire thing is 3/16" steel, even the winch mount surface. It is base mounted on a flat plate in the center section. Even though its only 3/16", its still very strong because I have 90* bends/seams at both front and back of it, and they're within 1 1/2" from the holes so it would take immense forces to cause warping. I highly doubt it would be possible for a 8-9000lb winch to do it.
List will start real soon, and I'll be sure to post more pics. Probably later today, or for sure on the weekend.

    back to bone stock.
RT. great luck on the job venture.

i love the sliders. i had a set on a jeep that looked like yours', except. no round tube sections. essentially only a sqr tube to protect the lower parts..no upper wraps. painted body color, they disappeared. i dont know what type of slider i would like for my truck.

front bumper. any ideas for a less aggressive stock replacement? something that is burlier, and can mount some lights?

Thanks. As for the bumper, what exactly are you looking for? You said stock replacement and burly, but you said less aggressive. Not quite sure what exatcly you would want it to look like.

Yeah, I probably could. But it looks like i've got quite a bit of business on here too though so it works out alright.
I'll post a link in this thread when i do the list. I was talking to the guy today, it may cost just a little more for the relentless from the CNC shop, but shouldnt be much. He has real reasonable rates. :)

What kind of pricing would we be looking at for the bumper now? Will it be better pricing if we are on "the list"?

Yes. I'm looking at letting the first 10 go at a reduced rate, somewhere around $700-725 and final pricing to probably be $775. Thats with winch mount and 2 recovery points and frame braces for a more solid mounting. Fog light mounts recessed into the sides for another $50.

Actually, sorry but the factory ones wont work. The factory mount system is a molded bucket that the light clips and locks into with some tabs on it so it would be too hard to mimic the mounting style out of steel. My fog light mounts will be designed to fit the 4" Piaa fog or driving lights.

Will they be able to be wired up to the factory harnesses and such?

Yeah. i've had my Hella 500/700 driving lights wired to the factory fog light switch for 2 years with no problems at all so the Piaa's should also hook right up without any problem. Just cut the wires and connect the Piaa's in. :)

Obviously I know absolutely nothing about what I'm talking about :D
