Vehicle registrations are public record, anyone can walk into the county clerk's office, pay a small fee, and have a plate ran.

 

You ran the plate and this is the address?? Man I cannot thank you’ve enough if that’s the case!!

I just e-mailed the Ledford And Parker Inc and attached the photo you uploaded of the truck. I told them my friend was involved in an accident with an oversized truck, he needs to exchange insurance information and asked them if the truck in the photo my friend took after the accident is theirs.

 

Why?

 

That was not a smart idea, especially since you aren't involved in the incident.

 

OP whatever you and your insurance company are going to do should now be done very quickly as your "FRIEND" just threw a wrench into the works. Word will spread throughout the construction company Monday and as soon as the driver hears it he will most likely make an effort to erradicate any marks left by your truck.

I really appreciate you trying to help, everyone on TW has been great and cannot than you all enough. That said I am a little concerned this may do more harm than good. If there is any chance you could recall the email I think that would be best. I would rather leave it my insurance company and the police from here on out.
