    I put this coil on my Camaro and you will get zapped if you touch the heat sink area of the coil . Also touch the white wire from the MSD 7AL2 , you'll wish you didn't !!!

    The spark from this ignition box is so hot you can practically weld metal LOL !!

    For yall dealing with family issues, know you are not alone. And it goes beyond parents/kids/grands. I have not seen my nephew (now 14) since he was about 10 months old. And Ive never met his younger brother (11, I think...) Because my sister is a twat...


    As for the fasting, thanks for all the input. I had big ambitions of going for a long stretch (maybe 2 weeks, with doctor involved), but I just want to finish up a full week, Monday afternoon. Im not hungry, but gawd I miss beef, and chicken, and pork... Cooked some angus patties up for burgers for the husband tonight. I almost caved. I'll start on some juice and veggies monday and hopefully get to cheeses and beef by tuesday night.

    I'll be 50 next Friday 5/25, and I just had my first baby boy about 7 weeks ago on April 1st (Easter Day).
    He really loves sleeping on my soft tummy - I was thinking about losing some weight but I would really hate to cause him any discomfort :D
