    Looks like it has an internal AMP so it should work. However, take the measurements and then go measure under your seat. It says the AMP produces minimal heat bit I'd leave some space under there for cooling.

    Worthless.

    Yes, it should fit but will probably be tight under there. I have a kenwood with a slightly smaller width and length and it fits with room to spare.

    I have never heard the JBL Unit before but it will splice right in to your factory head unit using the High Level Inputs. I dont know what your skill level is but you could buy this AMP and this SUBWOOFER, build a box and you will end up with a more powerful system. What is nice is if you decide you need more bass you can build another box and only have to buy a subwoofer. I have never been a huge fan of all in ones. I say this because amps and subwoofers go bad after time. I feel its better to replace 1 component rather than the entire system.
