Swapped my hub yesterday evening, and also my A/F sensor. No more vibes, no more check engine light :yay:

Scored a set of 1997 T4R wheels for 200$! Tires are 265/70/16, that is the size I have right now. I would say they are still good for 2 summers. Then i'll use the wheels as my winter set and sell the steelies

Yep! I'll put them on this week end. The tires I have now are pretty much worned out. Those will do the trick for the summer until I fix myself on which one I want next.

So yesterday was a good day!

Started by selling my atv cargo box, then met with @Bocsy44 to grab some U bolts and @Subway4X4 come-along, and talked trucks and camping. Then flew home to grab my rear suspension parts and met my father at his place and we taclked the rear suspension. It went pretty fine. Took maybe 2hrs to do one sode (including time to setup truck, choosing the right tools and and messing with unresponsive bolts) then took maybe 45 mins to do the other side. Only had to cut 2 Ubolts on 4, and that was because we had torches lol if we didn't I would have work harder to keep them.

In that hurry to do it, I forgot to mesure hub to fender before... but the after is 22"1/2. If you feel like you can throw some number here so I can compare. I noted in 2016 that I had 23"3/4 lift in the back, but that was before I add the shell and tools and also before they were arching the wrong way lol there were 2" blocks on stock leaf packs. I took off the Ranchos RS9000XL also sonce @Bocsy44 had some 5100 for me when we did the Internationnal TW Express.

I just drove the truck from my father's place to mine, which is a 6 miles drive lol but I can say that I LOVE the ride! I was tired of the too soft and and saggy rear. Now it is more stiff but stays comfortable! And I feel like I am higher. Can be in my head also since I traded 2" for 2", but just the feeling of being stiffer does the trick!

A special thanks for everyone implied in that lift! You guys rock!:headbang:

    :tumbleweed:

Haven't done much to the truck lately, except putting miles on it. As soons as I finish that job far from home I'll be able to put the front coils in an get an alignment.

    Liking those 4runner wheels man!

How do you have your lights mounted behind your grill? Thinking of getting a mesh grill and mounting lights behind it.

Looking at this style grill right now.

    Thanks!
I made my own light support for the lights, but it needs a few adjustments because the lights are shaking. I can get you a few pics if you are interested in fabing your own.

If you could that would be great! Really curious how it all sits behind the grill.

I was going to do something like that also. I like round lights instead of the light bar I currently have. How are you going to keep them from shaking?

I have a 20" light bar with the bamf behind the grille light bar mount on mine.

That bamf would be the shit! I'll try to bend a piece if flatbar in a L shape at both ends and weld it to the bracket in the middle and bolt it to the piece at the bottom should be good to prevent the whole bracket from shaking

    Thanks man!

Which lights are those? Got any pics at night? Just wondering how well they come through the grill.

Those are Hella black magic, and they are not wired:anonymous: i had them wired before and it wasn't the greatest output... i'd like to change them for some round led or round hid. I am also a fan of the "old school" round light style, so would more be going toward the hid
