After a week of waiting, got word from AEM about the boost gauge: it ended up being a faulty gauge stuck on 0.0. Got a new gauge today, they sent me back my pressure sensor since it tested good. Now I have the AFR and Boost gauges set up and working right...FINALLY!

Incredible customer service on AEM's part. The tech supporter Matt was top notch!

I’m sitting easy for a little bit and enjoying off-roading the truck now haha

Maybe once I start changing pulley sizes. . .

    Haha

If I start designing my own front bumper I will probably incorporate a spot for one. I just want to keep the Baja look though

Finally going to get the shocks refilled; pretty sure nitrogen has leaked out of the driver shock. Either way they’ll be set back to 200 psi (fox specs) and I’ll be swapping out the old coils for new. Pretty sure the driver spring settled.

    173E2485-C678-400E-A48B-231F3A67C3C4.jpg

Got these from another TW member swapping out his 650# for 700 from a set of Icon 2.5’s (I had them PC’d red just cause). Fox uses 13” 2.5 and you cannot buy 13” springs individually from eibach (they come in 12 or 14s unless purchased as c/o from a company).

@NorthwestCruiser since this is how the truck sits currently, I figured this would answer the question haha

@NorthwestCruiser Man it does look like I missed out, BUT the truck is getting in shape for TSF which also means its getting ready for short notice trips.

(EDIT: I may have already asked you this, but is there camping out there? Do to an over-nighter?)

I did manage to swap out the 600# springs with the 650#
    Spring Swap.jpg
Also got them recharged with nitrogen and the truck is sitting level finally! (driver side was 2" lower than passenger...no it wasn't just the taco lean)

Also helped @chipsnsalsa knock out a CMC for his 35's. We gotta cut his fenders/beat the pinch weld in next time and eventually cut the rears.
    Rainer CMC 1.jpg

    Rainer CMC 2.jpg

Next on my to do list is get Mule to take care of some TC cam tabs for me (I dont feel like taking the time to do it myself on this one). I have new EBC yellow stuff pads coming in this week which will also be installed.

There is camping. Not sure if you’re allowed to camp inside the park or not. I didn’t see any signs that said no camping but also didn’t see any camp fire rings at what look like perfect camp spots. I’ll ask around though. I found some good spots today

Miserable first time camping with the family. A beautiful weekend turned rainy enroute which never let up. Had to set up in the rain, fire wood got soaked, and had to wrangle the little one and dogs throughout the entire time. A lot of lessons learned though.

Went to Alder Lake near Eatonville. Rained from 5ish to 10ish. Pretty much sucked. I got a fire going but had to tend to it for nearly 3 hours before it became self sufficient

Next time, try stacking wrist sized logs in the ground and then build your fire on top of that. The heat from the fire will pull moisture up from the ground.
