Tis why I only tagged once per post.

 

The easiest place I have to get to is an place called Honeycomb. Id be willing to go somewhere else if its reasonably close. I can throw the yak on my rack and tote it to work.

 

You aren’t talking bout honeycomb on Guntersville are you

 

You know where I live. that's the closest "lake" access I have besides the Flint and Paint Rock rivers.

 

Buddy we just went up to honeycomb and it was the worst spot on Guntersville we fished all weekend lol and it was choppy as hell with a ton of traffic. You ain’t gonna wanna be out there in a kayak I can just about guarantee that lol.

 

But paddling to the bat cave is cool!

 

The back side of Honeycomb is nice and calm. I was just out that way yesterday before the storms hit. I have some old spots from when I had a boat that I know I can hit up and catch em.

 

Gotcha if you can put us in some calm water I’d be willing to go. I’ve had great luck up at waterfront in scottsboro and the ass end of spring creek I cought 2 5lbs fish this weekend.

 

I'm game for whatever. I have been looking at possibly even putting in at the boat launch on base and paddling around and seeing what its like out there

Just ordered a Single Mass Flywheel and Clutch since the Dual Mass is chattering this was $400 with maintenance items, and that's me installing myself.

looks like I'm in the car for the long haul. 45mpg I guess is worth it for a fun to drive car.

 

@Sandytaco14 scratch this idea, I aint getting on the main channel in a damn kayak. I thought there was a cove that separated the base boat launch to the main channel, PASS on that!
