Mine needs to be moved about a 1 1/2 feet. Never noticed it when we moved in but have had a few contractors out getting quotes on a basement finished and they have it off center of the sink and shower by that much.

yup from my home inspection, guy noted that they never do it right. I am 14" off the wall if I am not mistaken it need to be 16" at least for the toilet. but again based on the layout I may change the locations.

off-road trailer I built a few years back to haul our hunting gear, going in a different direction and looking to sell. main area is water tight and keeps the dust out, has a rear kitchen and various areas to put water/gas cans, propane bottles, coolers etc.. trailer is set up with a 3500lb axle on leaf springs that matches the Tacoma track width and bolt pattern so a spare is not needed. also has interior lights and an outside hook for a lantern. call or text for more info 719-568-3670 looking to get around 2250 or trade for long range toys

    Rough or finished wall?
Should be 12" from finished. You can buy 10" and 14" rough- in toilets but they're $$

After wall would be close to 12. Main thing would be if it functional where it is! As fare as layout.

I have 5- 285/75/16 Duratracs, 4 of which are in really great condition. They are mounted to KMC Enduro wheels. Just a feeler if anyone is interested in the whole setup or if I should break the wheels and tires up. If someone wants the whole setup, they will be available after June 15th when my new wheels come in. Let me know and we will talk $$
