That bounce everyone speaks of with the HID retrofit I kinda feel like it's not really the housing but the suspension, at least in my personal experience. I don't notice any bouncing with mine unless I hit a decent bump in which case I'm also bouncing in my seat. Maybe different experiences with different suspensions? I'm on stock OR wheels and suspension.

I also ordered some of these chrome bulbs that blink amber for the turn signals. They get rid of that orange glow on the reflector. I used them on my 07 Subie also with no issues for a long time.

They actually look good on that black truck for contrast but other colors the orange kinda sticks out.

I’m not about hacking up my trucks wiring harness so I instead hacked the led harness off the stock headlight and wired it to the new faux headlight... I prob would have figured out a better way so I could sell or reuse my stock headlights, but I melted one of them in my oven trying to do the bhlm so I didn’t care haha

I'm doing the same. If someone can figure out where to sources the parts to make an adapter I'll buy the headlights.

Wonder should I go with this set (after market)or should I buy ebay set(oem but few damage). I read the description on their web required cutting some original wire which i avoid to do that.

Im not aure why everyone is stressing over cutting. You cut three wires and save stock harness so if you ever go back you just reconnect. My truck is hacked up all over but as long as you solder/heatshrink or buy solid connectors there is no issues ever. Have remote start done this way and all my interior lightbar switches. Not one issue. I wouldnt let that set you back from these.

Yeah it's really not too big of a deal. Way better than paying 2k for OEM pro headlights. Or risking doing your first BHLM if you aren't handy or comfortable baking your lights.

Yeah from the pictures I am looking at, it seems you dont even cut your factory wiring on the car side. Its all on the Old Headlights Side where you just reuse the connector, correct?
Seems easy and doesnt mess with factory stuff so should be straight forward. imma try and get good pics online for comparison

Alright, I got tired of this so I sent a message to them if they got a video or instructions. OP lmk if this is right

    excuse my photo chopping skills.

So on the used headlight, I am pointing out the wires which I am getting from the post that needs to get reused on the new light. On the new headlight, I am pointing to the wires we should cut. and I think you also mentioned those additional things are no longer needed.

Let me know OP if this is correct

Ill post on here once they reply about instructions

Here is my stock headlamp. The second pic is the three factory wires coming out of led strip. All you do is cut them and solder to the ones coming out of new headlights. Then just reuse all the existing connections. I am not using the new harnest or contorl pack for sr5’s. If i need to go back to stock ill just reattaxh those wires. Easy peasy. I did this on my Honda accord to get led strips and this and never any issues. 2750256B-A075-4190-A7A3-1468BA6AF525.jpgE1E9B11A-1832-447B-A8CB-3E3C2084F78A.jpg
