I'm stuck like some others - when attempting to download the update for my 2014 Tacoma Audio Plus, the site shows an update is available but has no download button.

And FWIW, there's a revision to T-SB-0035-16, see attached.

Dealer wants way too much since mine is out of warranty ... about ready to purchase the TIS subscription and do it myself.

Bit the bullet and purchased the TIS subscription so I could download the Entune Audio Plus update for my Taco. Install went smoothly and my problems went away. So people know, my problem started after my android updated from Lollipop to Marshmallow. Immediately afterward, I couldn't use the radio - it would continually reboot when attempting to connect via Bluetooth. Run the radio without the phone's Bluetooth activated and there was no problem. Turn on the phones Bluetooth and the reboot cycle began. Once the update was complete I turned on the phones Bluetooth and all connections were made, no problem. Knock on wood, I think I'm cured.

My subscription to TIS ends 11:59PM PST on 01/08. Anyone need an update they haven't been able to download using the link in post #42? Lemmeno and I'll share the wealth. Don't believe this offer violates any forum policies since I'm not hosting copyrighted information, just offering to act as a service tech for other Tacoma owners.

What is the file name that you used? Did you use USB? If so, did you have a volume label?

I used a 4GB Sandisk USB that was freshly formatted Fat32 in Windows with no volume label nor 'quick format'. The only file on the drive was 13TDDANA-DA00_0156.kwi. Turned on the truck (left it running for the entire update process), and inserted the drive. Went to the update screen and it saw the file on the first try. Update took about 5 minutes or so (80MB file). Once the process indicated it was complete, turned off the truck and started it again. Checked firmware status and it showed the new version (went from 010171 to 01019C). Turned on phone's Bluetooth and the problem was gone.

Went inside and downloaded every file shown on that TSB as long as the subscription is active, just for grins.

Another point for anyone who's having problems with their Dealer and are still under the factory warranty. Print out the TSB I posted above and show them the bottom of Page 4 which states:

    APPLICABLE WARRANTY
    • This repair is covered under the Toyota Basic Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle’s in-service date.
    • Warranty application is limited to occurrence of the specified condition described in this bulletin.
The dealer I spoke with stated that even if I was still under warranty, the update wouldn't have been covered.

I am also having issues with my Entune plus radio and am looking for the firmware update 13TDDANA-DA00_0156.kwi. The dealer is going to charge me for this as my truck is also out of warranty.

Same link as shown in the 6th post of this thread. Unfortunately, some vehicles (like mine) show that an update is available but don't offer a download link. Go figure ...

Would you send that file to me? The web shows an update available but there is no link to the download.

Added: Steelcraft 70-13370 Elevation Bullnose Front Bumper and a Rough Country 9500 Winch with Synthetic Rope. Bilston 886 Coils and 5100 Shocks. Finished with ToyTec 2" add on springs in the back. All level now
I did the download and pulled a more recent update (13TDANNA-DA00_0215.kwi). Installed fine in my 2014. Trying to do gracenotes now.

No, I just went to the site and "clicked". I used the"slow" download (accurate description). I had an empty Fat32 formatted usb drive that I copied the file to; plugged the drive in and using the "Settings" software up date. It worked first try.

I finally downloaded the file and copied it to my USB. It's in FAT32 format but when I went ahead to install it for some reason it's not being recognized when I insert the USB to the trucks USB slot. Any ideas??
