    If it comes down to he said she said, I hope you have the original pictures with the embedded timestamps/metadata unaltered. That can show timeline of events that you were following the truck after the pictures you took of your damage.

    I think the OP has more to stand on considering he has pictures and filed a police report while the truck driver has neither. Hard to claim that you are the victim of a hit and run when the other party filed a report but not you.

    Pictures were taken on my iPhone so are geotagged and show time date. Spoke with the officer who came out to file the report. He seems to think I should be good with the pics and the fact the other driver didn’t file a report. I’m just glad we found him and they’ve admitted to being in the accident.
