I own the 2013 limited. Like it except for the chrome wheels, I switched my grill to a color matched and derped the chrome side mirror covers.

The heated seats, jbl/nav and softex( fake leather) are nice to have especially with kids. The nav is kinda lame, though most OEM are. The jbl sounds good.

I reallly liked the ride and color combo. It’s a used truck for me. Sounds like the same truck as yours, color and DC long bed. Trading my 05 acess cab TRD off road. Can you tell me if the 2015’s had the frame recall on them? Don’t think it reached that far in years, but not sure. It’s it’s a dealer certified so I’m sure if it needed one they would have done it. Thank you for the feed back I’m getting it this week.

Hi Mike, I had the painted aluminum wheels on my TRD and the paint is just chipping away, could be these new England chemical coated winter roads. when I put new tires on, the back side of the bead area had to be ground down (bad flacking aluminum) to get the tires to seat. The steel rims with the chrome covers may work much better for me. I know this truck will have a higher curb weight than my TRD, probably the reason for the smoother ride.

no recalls on my 2015 limited.

I gotta say i love the limited trim package. You don't see too many of them around (for tacomas that is) and yes, even though the leather is not "real" its still a nice feature to have especially since you are up north. Those heated seats are awesome. Not sure if you're just highway driving or if you'll be wheeling it but mines performs well on and off road. It's nice having a different trim package than most people, hence "limited".

Does the limited come with a limited slip rear end? My trd came with a locking rear end, I never used it so I don't think ill miss it. the limited come with some kind of skid control I really don't know what that button does. I don't have the truck or the manuals yet. should be tomorrow. The sales man Tried to explain what it did but I don't think he got it right..
