Not hating! It's a cool rig nonetheless!

The thing is that I have seen black Cardinals-style plates with white font sans Cardinals logo and with additional digits. I even closely examined them to ensure they were not modified illegally.

I've only seen them on a few cars in Paradise Valley so I'm wondering if it's just rich people pulling strings or some shit.

I have the Route 66 plate on my car, and it is definitely a sweet plate. Looks like it has a little bit of pearl in it too. I’d recommend it.

Who are the bow guys in here?

I know Colby is one. @Aw9d

Thinking about sending the boy to the YMCA bow camp and see if he gets into it.
If he does, the Usery Pass range has a course and competition.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. As anything, I'm not gonna drop a ton of money unless he really enjoys it.
I haven't personally touched a bow since I was his age

I keep a can of Ozium (sp?) in the glove box and use it when it starts to stink.

If you are in possession of a classic plate, you can take it to Mvd and they can register it to you, if it’s available.

You can find used stuff for cheap on offer-up and CL. The low powered stuff isn't expensive to get into. There are some bow's out there that will adjust from 5lb to 50lb and don't cost much. If he falls in love with it and is ready to step up then it can get very expensive quickly. Also need to figure out if he's going to go compound or recurve, or both.

Example of a youth bow setup. I don't know anything about it, just using as a reference. I'm sure it's not the best but it's $125 for everything he needs to shoot other than something to shoot at.

Timing belt on 4Runner is done. Thanks to @llibrm for being my beer bitch yesterday. I am getting faster at these, if any first gens need to do a TB let me know, I have several specialty tools that really help. R&P bushings arrived, need to do that soon, @RPS1030 you have any free shop time this weekend?

Buyer for 4Runner is lined up, it’s to a friend of my wife, so she agreed to a lower price than I would have. Not thrilled over it, seeing I am sure I will be working on it as a “favor”.

On that note, @MaverickTRD , how’s the progress on the Sequoia going?

Anybody else off work on Tuesdays?

Any of you guys vodka drinkers? I tried this Smirnoff because i heard it was good for price vs. Quality.... First time I've tried it, and I like it, nothing to compare too though. Doesn't seem very strong. Im usually a beer guy. Occassionally tequila.
