Easing back into food. Skipped the coffee, might have been to acidic for first thing.

This juice was quite tasty though! Supposed to put all the good stuff back in your stomach that lives there. And a fresh orange.

It had to be done. 8 days of fasting, one cannot go straight to eating meats. Unless you want to revisit the meat in one of a couple ways after eating it.

 

You haven't eaten in eight days, you might as well enjoy it as many times as possible.

Busy Morning , cleaned up my front yard then while doing so I found my first Giant Desert Centipede like this https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scolopendra_heros knowing theyre venomous i left it alone ,it was over 12" long

After that I took the Camaro to the muffler shop and put my loud mufflers back on and sounds much better now !! .Right now I'm listening to Snickers snore loudly , the sounds she's making is like a human snoring !!

A friend of mine who lives not to far from me finds at least 2-3 Giant Desert Centipedes a month inside his house !!!

12” long! I hate bugs, I’d have nightmares. They make movies about critters like that. By the way Chuck, I don’t watch those movies.

To much mineral rich hard water here in the High Desert , even with doing the (3) bucket wash I still have water stains

Plus the car wash I go to has ceramic coat protectant so I can keep the ceramic coating protected from the hot and dusty environment

Just got done getting the Camaro all cleaned up including spraying down the engine compartment . This new exhaust is very nice sounding , maybe just a little quieter than open headers

 

I know I don't know anything about paint and stuff like that but all this clay bar, sealing, ceramic coating is just a bunch of poop to me. A good hand wash and a good cleaner wax is all that's needed not that I know much about it
