You should see some of the Tacoma trucks up here with the clear coat scoured off due to improper maintenance and extreme weather conditions , that's why I opted for ceramic coating

 

But you hit the nail rt on the preverbial head right there poor maintenance. If your paint, along with the rest of the vehicle is maintaned properly these situations can be avoided, with the exception of some of the paint some of the manufacturers use is crap from the get go. Wash with a good car wash soap, dry it, a detail spray if you like ( it just helps prolong the life of the wax) and a good wax job about 3 times a year at least and your good. At least that's what I was told by a painter

I've come to the conclusion that no one wants to hire me , I've sent out almost 30 online applications and not one response back . I think it might be to do with lack of job history , last time I worked was from 1995 -2003
