    All any vet has to do once rated go into the local hospital and talk to the education and employment office and go through the process. See the Attached link https://www.benefits.va.gov/vocrehab/eligibility_and_entitlement.asp Even if you are not able to obtain training they will help you find work in something you can do within the limits of your medical issues. Just takes the ambition to get off ones ass and go start the process.

    I meant those that want to work and are currently unemployed or underemployed and are having issues with skills needed or , extended gaps for medical care etc etc they even have positions that are strictly for disabled vets and the company is partially compensated by the va for putting the vet to work and allowing the accommodations for their disabilities and medical care .
