Got passed by a boosted first gen 4Runner on the interstate at the 24West/40East split this morning. Had TN Tags. Anyone seen him before? Made really nice noises

 

22RE-T motor probably. Came stock boosted with a electric dash/gauge cluster. Pretty rare/hard to find in good shape.

 

Looking to maybe upgrade to the stock shocks (bilstiens4600) that come with stock trd 2nd gen Tacoma’s . Was told I could use them on my 2008 pre runner sr5 reg cab . Anyone in east Tn area that has done away for a bigger lift im def interested in ur stock shocks . Thanks

 

Can some of you gents post pics of your rigs. Again I’ll be moving end of September. Lifted on 33s, armor, exhaust. My brother in law is doing a lot of google Wikipedia research on auto laws and is arguing with me because he thinks my ruck has to be stock. So I’m proving him wrong. Thanks in advance lol

Stock-ish???

 

Anyone know of a clean(ish) 4x4 4runner for sale in the south east for a decent price? About to pick up something to daily and park the truck. Prefer a v8, but doesn't matter.

I have front & rear shocks, front & rear springs, and upper control arms from 2015 trd offroad. Only 10,000 miles on them. Had other plans but willing to sell cheap.

I had one picked out and was going to go get it last weekend, but have decided to be a grown up about the decision and get a comfortable daily. Something nice that I won't be tempted to accidentally kill myself in. But who knows, I could change my mind tomorrow and come home with a corvette on saturday.
