Yeah. I was just meaning that a 6” lift should probably be geared more towards 35” instead of with 33”. I have a lot of buddies that are running 33” with 3” and 4”. It’s a great stance.

Yeah 6" lift looks a little funny without 35s. Personally, I rather have a bigger tire with the minimal amount of lift necessary. Raises the center of gravity more than I want it to be and it's hard already for wife to climb in and I have to pick up my aging dog to put him in the bed now.

My eventual plan is to run 35s with my current Icon suspension, trim the fenders and maybe do a 1" body lift to raise it a total of ~3.25" to stuff 35s in there.

My buddy @niccuhles is running 6" BDS lift on his new 18 Pro and loves it.

Wish I seen more in person around where I live. If anyone has some pics of 3 inch vs 6 I would love to see. 298393-3-2016-tacoma-toyota-rough-country-suspension-lift-6in-fuel-hostage-black.jpg
Can't seem to find many 3 inch 33s pics. This truck has the 6 inch rough country with 33s looks killer

I also want the tires to stick out a few inches. If I go with the 3 inch I think that would be a problem the tires would bottom out on the fenders alot easier

Nah, mall crawler. Maybe some forest service roads.

My needs are more intensive 4wheeling and daily driving so that's why I didn't want to do a drop-bracket lift. People do light wheeling with DB lifts all the time though without issues.

so if you would gone a specific route you would have regretted it.

now if you cut the frame, theres no going back. you are fully committed to something you could or could not love. give yourself an option to go backwards and not stuck in regret.

Yes, stock does suck. I'm not sure why cutting a small horn out of the frame is such a massive problem for most. The new bolted in cross members are stronger than the factory components. Plus, aren't most of y'all cutting the cab mount anyway? Seems like small potatoes.

Go big or go home. And go BDS and don't look back. Love my BDS kit with the full length Fox coils.
