Got an Instapot aka muliticooker? Just look at the shells real hard and they peel themselves and put the shells in the trash! Ok maybe not, but they peel cleanly.

Cajun chicken Alfredo with andouille sausage, yellow and green bell pepper. I forgot the red pepper. :anonymous:

It’s a great recipe, and one pot to boot.

    Mix:
Chopped cooked bacon (like 6 pieces)
    Chopped onion (small one)
    Shredded cheese (1.5 cups)
    Beaten eggs (4)
    Half n half (.5 cup)

Cook some of those puff pastry cups from the frozen isle for like 5 minutes and then mold them into some muffin tins and fill those with the mix. Back in the oven until the toothpick test is clean and they have good color.
