    Please switch oils! Royal Purple is not what they used to be! About 10 years ago they drastically changed their formula to become more cost competitive and since they barely test better than M1 or walmart syn but at 2.5x the price. One of the best oils for the money is Pennzoil Platinum. Ultra is really good too. When I’m low on amsoil or trying to do a quick flush I’ll run Pennzoil syn instead of the amsoil. Pennzoil tests amazingly consistent no matter what company is paying for the testing so I totally trust them and amsoil is one of the only oils to have moly in it!

    Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a bad ass additive for their engine this stuff is amazing I’ve ran it in my 350 mercruisers nowfor a while and it definitely keeps the block from rusting inside as fast as they usually do in the salt

    I used to love the German Castrol Syntec when I had the STi. I’d send the oil to Blackstone and see what they had to say. I was very pleased with it.

    I’ve gotten lax on the truck and car. I’ve just been changing the truck with the Toyota 0w-20 every 5k and the car once a season with M1. M1 has a low rep in the Subaru world but it seems good otherwise.

    Yeah Some mobile boat mechanic swears by it so i ran it in the 350s last year and even after a full season with it docked in the salt all the things i can inspect actually look good. Saw this video sometime in October and immediately put what i had left in my truck. I’m buying a gallon this month
