    I had never heard of rattlesnakes being in trees.....of course I mostly saw them in watermelon/peanut fields growing up. Never really saw them in water. I swear water moccasins will jump out on purpose though :rofl: Was lucky and never had one land in the boat.

    We have done McGuires before. It’s great!!!! I love Crab Trap and I believe the other one is called The Back Porch. It’s over near a candy shop on beach.

    Joe Patty's in Pensacola for the win (best place on Gulf Coast to buy (or eat) fresh seafood to take home). We usually buy 30-50 lbs of shrimp and various fish (grouper throats being a favorite).

    Thanks for the recommendations for PCola guys! Only been here a couple times and ate at hotel (Margaritaville Hotel restaurant is great), 2 times at Red Fish blue Fish (it was that good) and Crabs (moderately okay).

    I can get on board with frog fishing, although I don't do it often. I am an avid buzz baiter or fluke juker more than anything. However, nothing beats the adrenaline rush of having a big ole hog swirl or blow up on a top water lure. I am fishing up at Tim's Ford this weekend for family reunion then next week I plan on putting some miles on my yak!
