    More tire, more sidewall deflection.

    16’s are technically a bit better.
    17’s are really good too
    18’s and above are for the mall.

    Description might be too vague. First it sounds like you might be chasing a suspension problem, then you say a sound like a pulley. Does it happen when driving on flat pavement? Do you feel anything in the steering wheel or maybe through the floorboard when it rattles? Does it happen at a specific speed? Is it a rattle or a vibration? Lifts can cause different vibes like the needle bearing in the front diff. I think we'd need more specific info to diagnose.
