Anyone know the specs for the ridge grapplers size 265 70 17’s? The website lists their weight as being either just as heavy or heavier in the C load vs E.

So do the C load 265 70 17 really weigh 55lbs? Seems really heavy for C load

Yeah, I was told the C load rated tires used a little more rubber, as they are a little larger size than their D & E brothers, this are a little heavier. My 285/75-17's weighed in at 67 pounds each, and have a 34" height, and 11" width.

Not worth getting then, guess I’ll get KO2’s. Strange that the E rated ones weigh less.

The Ridge Grapplers give a crap ton more traction than the BFG's. Here is a little video I made. Jeep in front of me is running BFG's the same size. We are both JKUR's, with 1 passenger each. He was running 32 psi, and I aired UP to 40, to see if I could make the Nitto's slip. Welp…..They didn't, but he struggled with the BFG's.

The weight of the nittos in 265 70 17 is more or less same as KO2 in 275 off-road traction is not a big priority to me

Gotcha. If its only looks, then the BFG's look good and will serve well.
