Heh, that explains why the menu price for the Young Thai Breasts and Thighs Combo Platter was so expensive......

Dude there are so many authentic mexican places in Renton other than torreros if you go a little further south. El Kiosko, El Burrito loco and the now famous Asadero Sinaloa in Kent (and in Ballard).

I will miss all the legit, authentic stuff around here. Maple Valley has uh hopjacks...yay...

Dude! Let's not broadcast to the interwebs all the tasty local authentic Mexican food spots.

I do have the say that Tapatio in Newcastle, their Mole is currently my fav.
But Fonda la Catrina in GeorgeTown has some tasty vittles! I have never had green Pozole, only place I have ever found it.

The Landing has some decent food. I like the Gyro place, Papaya has some of the best Pho around, The Rock is a chain but I like their pizza. Torreros is good too.

I agree that the best food is in downtown Renton though. Na'an and Curry is some of the most authentic Indian food around, and I will take Melrose over any steak place in town (the fancy places might have marginally better steaks, but Melrose wins by a huge margin in the price/what you get/atmosphere ratio).

Also way hotter babes walking around the landing. Downtown Renton is just hookers and crack whores. To be fair I did spot some dirty needles at the landing as well. There’s pros and cons everywhere

Meh, people who only like to eat at azteca will never come to local joints anyway. The only one I wish that didn't blow up was Asadero Sinaloa. Was a hidden gem for a few months before the yelp reviews spread like wildfire and now it's packed with hipsters.

That's too bad. It's such a nice location here, especially the neighborhood I'm in.

Downtown Renton is a spot you don't want to "hang out" at lol. Just eat and go during day light hours. Although the Berliner is good for german beer if you like that. The landing is nicer since it's newer but still similar clientele. Renton/Kent was always kinda ghetto to me growing up in the edmonds/lynnwood area, but now I've lived here since 2009.

Haha oh yeah, love me some German beer. Sounds like we need a renton TW meet up.

Ironically I’m eating lunch at the landing as we speak lol

I'm down for that on some weekend. I could use some good Mexican. Coming from CA I've been disappointed with the selection in downtown Seattle.

Thanks, but I think my post got buried in the 'what gun do you carry in the woods' threads. :) Still looking for recommendations.
