Man I live in Hayward and it’s still expensive. You drive 2 miles to Union City and the housing prices go up an average of $100-200,000. The closer to San Jose you get, the more expensive housing is.

A 5 bed/4.5 bath house just sold in my neighborhood for $1.3 Million.

That’s a LOT of onboard air. Damn.

Guessing that’s 120v? Do you run it with a generator?

    That's just depressing to me.

To me all of that has happened because citys are too congested and people hate other people so much that they'd rather sit on their asses then go out and do stuff while shopping.

I'll pass. I like the people at my stores.

Thats not that hard to do. You just aren't ready to take the pay cut. Tons of freelance photographers out here and lots of wedding shooters too as well as studios. Not as easy with less clients. But not as hard as you're making it sound. You have to also remember cost of living will be less so it likely wouldn't be as bad of a pay cut.

    Born there. Lived there.

    No thanks.

Love it there..but it is like no other place in the continent to live...well okay northern Canada..same thing though.

    and mosquitoes. So many mosquitoes.
