“We met over the internet” never suffices as an answer :/

GUIZE!! New bulkhead in place! Bottom Got a little fucked up jamming it into the grooves but it feels tight! Major hurdle, out of the way! Only a couple more major hurdles to go.

    Welcome!

I used to be in Powell. Still visit often. In southern MT just a couple hours away now.

We shop in Billings often, don't know if that's close to you? Looking for a few to go to ride some trails with sometime.

the good news is is that you don't need a super built truck for a lot of the cool spots. But for the good ones, you'll want some basic mods. Is your truck stock?

Yes it is stock right now, but won't be as soon as I decide exactly what I want to do.

    the fun part.

Well, my advice, take your sweet time. Don't cheap out the first go around. And don't be afraid to use it as it is right now. The more you use it, the more you'll figure out what it is you want to do. Can take these trucks a lot of places with just some nice tires. The build can go a lot of directions.

Once all the snow melts all the fun stuff will be open. Not that there isn't cool stuff to go do now but the stuff up high is the best.

Yeah I've been fortunate enough to have been able to go out everyday this week, in fact I'll be headed out to try and find some petroglyphs here shortly. So far, more aggressive tires and some extra ground clearance is on my list, I don't like to buy stuff twice if I don't have to, so I tend to purchase quality and not shortcut the install either. For having basically A/T tires on it, it did surprisingly well in the mud yesterday .

I’m not too far via Yellowstone...(down in Jackson)

my god yes, take your time and do it right the first go around. Only problem you can only do it right if you know what you want to do. So go out with some people if possible and do a bit of rock crawling, desert go fasting, overlanding...something in between, and build from there. It’s a long process lol

Is it the cock in the corner? The Barbie Jeep logo? Or the Idaho plate that leaves you wondering...wtf even is....Idaho?
