That's a pretty neat setup all kidding aside. I watched the video. Pretty cool

Yeah, definitely not cheap. Worth it to me to have a topper that is still fully useable for truck stuff (hauling wood and dead animals) and integrates a tent for all the camping I do while still being a pretty lightweight package. It’s still cheaper than buying a high quality topper with windoors and putting a hard shell RTT on top.

And you only live once and can’t take the money with you when you die, might as well enjoy it while I still can.

And for East Alabama. This is the CAPE forecast. Look at East/Southeast Alabama (2000 J/kg). CAPE is Convective Available Potential Energy. Basically the positive buoyancy of an air particle to move vertically in the atmosphere which produces thunderstorms if I remember right. The gray and purple areas represent a lower area of potential energy 0-300 J/kg. Of course this map would be in motion so those areas will shift throughout the day. If ____ J/kg is higher than 0 it means the air is unstable. I don't guess we'll be doing much of anything outside on Monday around our house. Maybe I can get some cool thunderstorm pictures though.

Thanks. Really like this. Eliminates weight of RTT and shell (about 360lbs) although I think my Baja rack on the cab would have to come off. Really do like their product though.

More pics of the install and everything once you finish. Still wish I had not traded in or sold either one of mine, especially the original 83 hardtop.
