Alright here's the latest update. Spw Eric from logistics and he said they found similar issues with the remaining units in the pallet they had in the warehouse so I'm thinking/hoping maybe it was just a bad batch.

He's going out to their 2nd warehouse tomorrow to QC what they have there and will give me an update tomorrow.

He said they do their own in-house QC, but had been using halogen bulbs with no findings until they were notified of my issue. They then used an HID bulb to test, and failed what they had left in that warehouse. The staff in the warehouse have been trained on the issue and will be using an HID bulb for QC going forward.

So hopefully my misfortune translates to better QC for the rest of the TW world with these headlights.

As long as it all works out in the end I still feel these faux pro headlights are a steal at this price.

I really dig the blacked out housing.

What bulbs fit these housings. Are they standard H11 like oem lights. I ask because I am running the Hikari H11 LED bulbs in my highs and lows and hope to use them if I buy these headlights.

Got mine installed, but I didn’t cut the wiring off my headlights. I actually unplugged the DRL harness from the bottom circle plug, then shaved the tab slightly and installed it on the Depo light in reverse order. I did cut out the whole resister box on the Depo though. This way I can go back to my stock headlights easy.

I can get a picture of the hole underneath on the stock light. Not sure I can access it on the truck now. Once you see it though, you’ll know what I mean on your light.

    Attached my before/after for reference.

How long does the install take. I know I need to loosen and drop the bumper to get to the side bolts. Just curious.

Just ordered a pair. Added note to only ship once quality control resolves flawed lens issue. Now we wait.

Same as the stock bulb so H11 kits should be fine. The look alike fogs already exist, but need to order 10+ to get them. Looked into it but don’t wanna put my own money out there to be screwed later lol.

I've got HIDs in mine. Remember these are really a replica of the OEM design, but you won't be getting OEM parts so set your expectation level accordingly. These are sold at a fraction of the price of OEM units, but well worth it for me as long my replacements don't have any issues.

I'm guessing there will be an influx of OEM headlights from OR and Sport owners in the coming months. Are the OEM headlights plug and play into my SR? Will I get the LED DRL's without any modifications?
