Yeah believe me I know lol...have to fill up with premium every time, 91 for $4/gallon and going up. We have a racing gas station here that sells 110 octane for $10/gallon

XP Pro was/had 64bit. I remember building my first PC in high school, using a then cutting edge Athlon 64 (Intel was still putting out 32bit only) and making sure I downloaded XP Pro 64 through the MSDNAA program my school was enrolled in.

If all else fails you can run XP in a vm. Both VMWare and Virtual Box are free for home usage.

Went back to the junkyard to pick up the clockspring from the IS300 to fit to my truck. It’s interesting, the back of the clock spring has the exact identical connectors to the Tacoma, but the airbag connector changes to that weird smaller pitched connector after the clock spring for some reason. It appears to be completely plug-n-play (SRS Wise) so I will be joining it up tomorrow.

The steering wheel has UP/DOWN shift buttons on the IS300 to control transmission pattern shifting, sort of like paddler shifters. Those sound absolutely useless in a slow ass 3RZ Automatic so I will be modifying them to control UP/DOWN on the stereo audio, and stereo channel. They’re wired in series so I’ll have to figure something out. Might have to live with only having volume or channel selection.

Should I keep the Lexus badge, or change it with a Toyota one? I like the Lexus one just to confuse the hell out of people.

In other news: Talk shit about California all you want but seeing this view on the San Francisco Bay is breathtaking. See the top of the tallest building? It plays freakin’ videos through an LED matrix built into the spire.

    Nice pics.

I'm sure you will find a Toyota emblem. I can see little things like the wrong logo bothering you.

    Change it to Toyota badge.
    OR!
Go, Lexus exterior badging, faux wood grain wrap on the dash, leather door panels (you have leather seats already IIRC). Never get it dirty or wet...
    Change it to Toyota badge.

I've always just grabbed the shaft and gave it a shake to check joints.. Don't see a reason to jack it up.

It's a manual transmission. I know on a automatic you can do that. But I always been told to jack it up on a manual
