Driver's seat. So uncomfortable after 20 minutes it makes me hate the truck. Bringing to an upholstery shop next week. Fingers crossed.

I've done this. Unfortunately, didn't work like a charm. Also tried various cushions and supports. If the upholstery shop can't fix it, may look for an SR5 seat swap to see if that works, or the 4runner seat swap other members have tried. My last ditch option would be an aftermarket seat like Corbeau, and drive without airbags. That's how bad the seat is for me, and I don't have back problems, unless I'm driving the Tacoma.

Don't dislike it. Just accept that it has "character." Oh and my axle seals are shot.. that too

Would just buying washers and a properly sized/threaded bolt work?

Drum rear brakes and a real piss poor rear axle seal design. It's like when it came to design the rear axle Toyota said aww duck it. It's some of the most sloppy engineering ever. If the bearing retainers are not exactly in the right spot it will leak which basically drenches the rear brakes with gear oil. I think I test fitted the rear axles about three times a side

Hate that the 3rd gen didn’t come standard with “auto” lights and the lag in acceleration on a/t models

Still cant think of anything I don't like. Have had my truck 1.5 years and enjoy driving it.
The only thing thing I didn't like when I bought it was the butt ugly boring steel wheels which I ditched for aftermarket ones when I got it home. Thinking about adding a first gen.

It's sportscar-like compared with my Ferd StuoporDuty.

Should have hood struts, interior scratches if you look at it, but holds its value better than any pickup.

You know what I don't like, that there is no key way on the passenger side.

I wish I could unlock it from either side.
