You have to for feel proud for your wife, when the lactation nurse ask if she has implents, and when she says no, she says “good for you, these are really nice”.

I was talking to our CISO the other day who was the former CISO of Qualys and we were talking about the industry in general. He said something along the lines of people never getting out of security once their in. That the potential is too high and job security is unlimited. Dude is a very smart ghuy and has build his career in security. We are super lucky to have him and I am learning as much as my pea brain can handle

MT stuff, RTT stuff, the usual.
How hard is it to weld powdercoated metal? Just take a flapdisk and grind it off where you want to weld?

This or if you have access to a compressor buy a smaller “drill” that accepts little 2” sanding disks. Little more accurate.

Edit. You can also get similar flexible wheels for normal grinders. The thing with the flap wheel is that it will take off material no matter how gentle you are. Something more sand paperish will be easer to control and just pull off the coating.

This. If I’m pulling paint off a tube to weld to I’ll use the 2” wheel to get the coating off then finish with a DA so the shape stays perfect.

As silly as it sounds I wanna see what they can do with the 2.7, especially given it’s well documented affinity for forced induction. Supposedly the internals are rock solid and all you need for mind bending boost is pistons and head studs, everything else is already bulletproof.

Well, picked up 2 packages at UPS that contained 3 wheels and 5 sets of lug nuts. Contacted VTX wheels and they did ship it. So, just received a call from UPS and they are searching their lost/found etc but it takes up to 8 buisness days. WTF!!!!! Guess that makes the decision to go get tires this weekend pretty easy.

Actually just got off the phone with VTX- they are shipping out 2 new wheels and dealing with UPS on their own. :bananadance:

New wheels! Got black lug nuts to go with them. The center/hub cap is plastic with a sticker type deal which I am not a fan off. Will need to look into something little nicer for that.

Yeah perhaps not the best way for me to just sum it up. Im aware of how power is made with forced induction. We have seen multiple breakages on 3rz and 2TR from boost with no significant timing retard. The rods are just weak on them, they go well before pistons if you don't have a detonation or fueling issue. The 2RZ was happy well into the 20s with larger injectors and a solid tune, but the 3RZ starts bending rods in the mid teens. This woukd be on power pulls, like drags, I don't think any other type of racing takes its toll on a drivetrain more. Sorry for not entirely explaining myself, it was an effort to stay short-winded.
