Yea, by all means bidding wars are still a thing. Just not as many investors competing as there was. Lots of people selling their homes in the bay and buying in the valley, so 500k houses aint shit to what their used to seeing.

Although thats kind of been the tradition forever lol

Tracy is a good investment imo, always going to be able to rent the home out to commuters/labbies (once we wise up and gtfo of the state).

Personally, i couldnt sign a piece of paper committing that kind of money to a home i know was worth a fraction of the price less than a decade ago. Guess that's why im a peasant renter (and not an economist lol)

Currently trying to convince the gf to bail on her job in livermore so we can move torwards Jefferson state for a few years until we can get out of commiefornia.

Ooo stockon, you commute over the hill?
Gotta do what you gotta do, building equity is never a bad thing.

I like your end goal, i was looking for cheap apartments in the auburn area for now, anything to get me up the hill. Just gotta work the gf over

Wonder if it's based on a true story? If yes, my friend wants to know where.

Hey, I've got another 12-16 months left in the Bay Area. I need home prices to keep moving up so as to pad my nest egg upon sale of current home.

I’m in San Jose and I have a Lincoln 140. You are more than welcome to swing by to fix up your shock mount.
