New blacked out chain mail grill and new black beuzel headlights . Backs killing me but it was well worth it before and after

 

I know that i don't post much on here anymore.
Still got my 07

Lately, i have been getting tired of trying to find a place to keep my sun deflector that isn't in the way of someone.
I had some paracord and some aluminum wire around so i made a couple of hangars for the coat hangar hooks in the rear


I also swapped out the a/c controls with the aluminum knobs. Cut out some vinyl for daytime indicators

That’s sweet! I still have my Trek Antelope Mtn. Bike that I bought new in 1982. Original Paint with no scratches. I have replaced many components,but tried to keep it original except for a gel seat.

 

Truck looks great with that grill, where can I get one?........PLEASE clean the camera lenz

 

Hard to tell but I got my firestick antenna installed on my @Shmellmopwho antenna mount

I got the kc lights that I found on craigslist tonight. He is apparently a jeep guy. Had a pretty nice rig too.
Tomorrow they will go on after work!

 

A little pissed...

Thrilled to get my Whelen CenCom Sapphire installed in the last couple weeks. That high lasted till about Monday when I noticed the throw out bearing chirp, and it's gotten worse since then. I've heard about guys getting another 30k out of bad TOBs, but i have a feeling that I'm not going to be that guy...

CenCom came out pretty nicely though!



Bolted the brain and the fuse panel and terminal strips to the rear seat panel on the driver's side and it folds up nicely.



Control head is backlit and attached to the front of the center console. Very beefy and the slide switch is very convenient!

 

Question for ya'll;
Purchased the truck already de-badged, so I really don't know which model I have. If I call the dealer with the vin#, can they tell me if I have a pre-runner, base model, etc?

 

This was after kayaking earlier in the day

 

You can put your VIN into the Toyota VIN lookup tool online.

It'll probably say BASE, but look at the options installed at the factory, that's where you'll find if you have a TRD Sport/Off-Road, SR5, etc...

 

Finished up my Aux fuse box and wiring the front console and rear bed switches!

 

Thanx dome. Looked it up on Toyota.com. States is a standard model.
The truck is a V6 D-cab 2WD auto trans. It is lifted like other 4X4 trucks. I thought that made it a pre-runner, guess not. If I'm missing something, let me know.
I does not look like an after-market lift.

Just picked it up, some paint chipping and other little stuff other than that it’s in good condition!

Now all of my gear can be protected from the 6+ months of rain we get here in Oregon.

Why do you need a cencom?

 

Lemme ask you a few questions and I'll tell you what you have. Do you have a power outlet in your bed?

edit: Actually check this brochure out. On page 6 it outlines the difference between base, SR5, and the TRD Offroad and TRD Sport.
