@OVTune any idea when the new flashmanager/ custom tunes will be available? My only complaint is my truck goes into 5th too soon. Case in point today driving through town I was doing 35 mph at 1100 rpms. I would give it a little gas and it would downshift then go right back to 5th this has been happening for a couple weeks now. Wish it held off shifting into 5th until 37/38 mph.

I think that’s probably more of a standard, progressive release that Mat should likely offer. I had some 3rd gear fun yesterday myself. Had probably 1,000lbs in gear and passengers driving 300 miles through a lot of mountainous (but mainly 55-65mph) roads and when I would punch it to climb a hill I did find it was delayed on downshifting which wasn’t a huge deal but then once I picked back up momentum could NOT get it back to 4th from 3rd no matter what until I crested the hill. Meaning the engine was often screaming in the 4k-5k range for longer stretches than I like... Still some load based shifting stuff to be ironed out in that scenario.

On a positive note, the place we were headed had the rutted gravel road closed due to erosion... I removed the chains on the “road” and threw it in 4Lo and my wife laughed that it just zipped and bounced right up 600ft like it was childs play

Yes, push to start and pushed it two times as directions stated. I am still unable to get it to read my ECU information. I am at my wits end now, tried everything I can think of at this point! I am looking for any ideas at this point! Thank you in advance for anyone who may be able to help!

I saw one who said plug in the OBDII connector first then turn it on. Did you do that? I think that’s the step if I remember correctly.

@OVTune with the 1st post update to this thread to include the dongleless instructions & dongleless FM links, the links for the instructions for those of us with dongles has been removed. Can you please add these links back in or point me to where we can find them?

So I was hoping to get my tune files before my trip to the sand dunes tomorrow. I was interested in the hwy driving and power in the dunes as I'm on 33's in a DCLB with 4.88 as well. I'm curious if 1.04 will be ok for us due to our better gear ratios....will keep the thread posted, but if your tune arrives and is flashed before mine, please share feedback!
