    Thanks Susan, me too.

... pharmacist noticed the shot when I picked up my extra "vitamin M"; he said some folks reported feeling sick with this one, similar to flu shot sick ... but so far I don't feel anything ... aside from the steady state dull throb to extreme pain with flexing in my knee.

Hi Chief Mike, and thanks, I hope so too. The way this feels I'm worried it's gonna need an op ... just in time for fishing and hunting seasons, SUMBITCH
... but won't know more until next week, so :fingerscrossed:

I had given up on getting the vaccine any time soon, I was really surprised when she brought it up yesterday. I've personally only known one person who experienced Shingles, that and every case I've heard of make me want to prevent the experience if at all possible.

I think a T4R will be my next vehicle.

    Thanks Doug, definitely not fun.

I don't doubt the small rural clinics are closing, its the reason. The article never mentions Medicare or Obama care as the cause. Just the lack of patients.

Many hospitals operated in the black for the first time in years, but there are many issue on the horizon, this article shows what is going in in the big hospitals. Some government, some big business crap.

Yes, 90% effective and only 2 shots for life.
I got shot one and it hurt like a mofo. Like someone punched you. But still better than shingles

    Hiya Andy

The nurse said people were complaining how much it hurt/stung ... she built it up so much that I seriously didn’t feel it ... she was done and turned away while I was still anticipating the sting. :notsure:

... I’m either tougher than I thought, or distracted by this knee pain.

    ... or you’re a wimp.

Dare I ask how the home expansion project is going?

    Hey Rob
It wasn't the shot, it was a day after, like a tetanus shot.

    And I am a wimp.

Project is stalled, the inspector made us get a survey, took 3 weeks to get someone out here and now they delayed it to next week.

Still don't have the permits. Architect has to redraw the plans and submit them to the city, but he has lead in his boots. I finally got him moving with a very passive-agressive text.

    Sorry about the knee

Great ... I’ll have something to distract me from the knee pain. Thanks

I think I have a relatively high pain threshhold ... I’ve been given prescriptions for codeine and percocet a few times in my life and never filled or took any, I’m more scared of addiction than pain.
    :notsure:

    :sorry: I asked.
    ... sounds like a full blown gov’t clusterf@ck :puke:

I'm using Valspar rattle can. I don't really like it as much as the Rust-Oleum spray for wood, but they didn't have it when I went.
