My goal...Home made pizza oven... done right ...nothing better then create your own flat breads.

Reminds me of great little spot in Paia,Maui. I believe called Flatbread Company

    Enjoy your Friday

    Cheers

I ran light on the sauce. Didn’t want to thaw out another jar. But yes the sauce is homemade crushed tomatoes.
Btw I’ve only worked on one of the most famous pizza places in NJ back in high school

    - Urban Family "Orchard Reflection" - Fruit forward with peaches and apricots. Balanced. Good.

    - Three Taverns Craft Brewery "Inceptus" - underwhelming. Soy sauce flavor

    - Edmund's Oast Brewing "Enchantment Under The Sea" IPA - not labeled as a milkshake, but has lactose. With that said, good IPA with undetectable lactose

    - Westbrook Brewing Co. "Nutter Butter" - HOLY CRAP! This barley wine blew our socks off. It was peanut buttery sugary sweet. Crazy good.

    - Bourbon County "Brand Barley Wine Ale" 2014 - Fucking damn good. Very well rounded. At 10% ABV we were fooled!!!

    - Edmund's Oast Brewing "Singular" session IPA - Tasty. Good. What you'd expect.

    - Holy Mountain "Misere Au Borinage" grisette - This was our favorite of the evening. Very complex. No fruit during brewing but tons of fruit flavor. AWESOME!!!!
