No bolts are in that location on my Dakars. Did you verify everything is torqued? Also check carrier bearing..There is a possibility it is spring slap from axle wrap, but doubtful.
Under what condition does this sound occur?

Ya I double checked like a month or so ago and everything was still tight but I'll definitely check again. I did the rear suspension almost a year ago and as far as I can remember it always made the noise. It does when flexed and just normal driving, I admit I don't know a whole bunch about suspension but I'm pretty sure those leafs being almost straight like little to no arch is definitely not desirable? Right ? I think anyway

Every set of Dakars I have seen are flat, both with flip kits and with stock hangers. Look at the bottom overload. It is already in a negative arch, which essentially means that the spring is designed to go into negative arch when heavily loaded.
I would definitely check everything back there as a clunk is not normal. Squeaks yes, they are Dakars after all.

I wouldn't limit the search to just the rear end either, clunks can sound like they come from different places than the actual issue.

Did the Tundra shocks drop right in? I currently have b110's but they're worn out and I want something a little more substantial. I was thinking about relocating the shock, but would rather not do so right now

Got my lift on. Took it out a few times, around the block yesterday, to/from work today (35/45 mins).

Front is quite uneven, not sure what the beginning numbers were, hard to know where I should be now.

    Single cab.

Kit: Camburg extended 2.5s with Dirt King uppers.

    Tires: 285/75/16s

    Sitting:
    Driver Front:
    38.5 (Ground to fender)
    22.5 (Ctr Hub to fender)
    16 (Ground to Ctr Hub)

    Passgr Frnt:
    39.5 (Ground to fender)
    23.5 (Ctr Hub to fender)
    16 (Ground to fender)

Searched around a bit. I am in the vicinity of where i need to be. Not sure where the ideal spot would be.

Lower the passenger side or raise the driver?

    Thanks

Drive it for a week. Then split the difference. About 23" hub to fender is a nice middle ground.

Also get your alignment done. Ifo side is better than the other that gives you some data on which way to adjust lift.

Naw. I prefer the "with bed" look. Always dug the high clearance bedside cut. Got mine cut, picking up a bed in a few weeks.

And indeed, it had been $. But its fun as hell. Especially since this is a play truck. I keep my 2012 spruce mica for DDing.
